1

Consult

We start with a working session, not a sales pitch. We look at your current census, existing vendor contracts, budget, and what employees have actually been asking for. Most consults take 45–60 minutes, and happen before you've committed to anything.

2

Design

We assemble a proposed package across the categories you want — health, wellness, life, pet, or any combination — sourced from our carrier network. You get a side-by-side comparison against what you have today, not a single take-it-or-leave-it option.

3

Enroll

Employees enroll through one guided platform, with support from our team rather than a stack of PDFs. We handle the explaining, the deadlines, and the follow-up with anyone who hasn't finished enrolling.

4

Support

After enrollment, we're the first call for claims questions, life events — new hires, terminations, dependent changes — and renewal planning, so your HR team isn't relaying messages between employees and four different carrier hotlines.

A typical timeline

Week 1

Initial consult and current-vendor review.

Weeks 2–3

Plan design and carrier quotes across your chosen categories.

Week 4

Proposal review — you compare the options against what you have today.

Following weeks

Employee enrollment window, typically open for two to three weeks.

Ongoing

Renewal planning begins roughly 90 days before your plan's renewal date, so there are no surprises.

Common questions

Do we have to switch all four categories at once?

No. Most employers start with one or two categories and add the rest later — health insurance and pet insurance are the two most common starting points, for very different reasons.

What if we're happy with our current health carrier?

That's fine — we can wrap your existing carrier into the hub without switching it, and add other categories around it.

No obligation, and no pressure to switch everything at once.
